In 2005 this painting by Joseph Mallord William Turner was voted the greatest painting in Britain by a BBC poll (link).
But not only the British public was a big fan of the painting, Turner as well absolutely loved this painting as he referred to it as his "darling" and refused to sell it.
The painting shows the ship that saved the Victory at the Battle of Trafalgar being towed to a breaker's yard at Rotherhithe by a more modern steam tug.
