American Modernism
American Modernism is an art and literary movement that was located in Northern America and spanned several artistic styles. It mainly was a reaction against the popularity of Europe, and Paris in particular, as the center of the artistic world.
Some of the more famous practitioners of American Modernism include George Nelson, Georgia O'Keeffe and Charles Sheeler.
